Only two chairs and space for two customers to stand. And 96 hours to get a prescription. The mobile building seems fairly large but the area for customers seems like an afterthought. 96 HOURS. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO WAIT 96 hours? They have computers.

I do not want give even 1 star. I would to give 0 star if I can. It is very bad. I waited over half hour to talking to any of the staff. I asked to pick up my prescription but . I was not ready. I had to pick up later. Often they are not enough medications, not ready even you order it 2 weeks ago, or they lose your prescription. Very bad coustmer services, not enough staff and very disorganized. You have to wait more than half hour to talk any of staff then you have to wait for they make prescription or you have risk of lose your prescriptions or you have to wait couple of days for your prescription because they may not have enough medications.

Unqualified and slow staff,, she couldn't find my prescription in system and sent me back to GP. When I went to GP, The receptionist gave me proof and actually prescription been sent by Doctor same day. When I showed her proof and then she found my prescription but then she asked me to wait half an hour or come back tomorrow. They may realise, They are wasting GP and customers time.

Absolutely diabolical. The waiting times are beyond crazy! I get my doctor to send my prescription over before midday. Go to collect it at 3:30pm/4pm and it’s still not ready! A couple of times I’ve had it sent over and waited a couple of days to collect it and it’s still not been ready. They never answer the phone either! Terrible place.

1/ 5

Expect getting your prescription to be a two day adventure. They appear not to process them as they come in, so the first day requires you to ask for the script they've already had for a week. They can't give it to you there and then, it's always come back in 45 minutes to an hour. If you choose to do that, once you've made it to the front of the inevitable queue you're told it's another 10-30 minutes (so you give up). The second day they're generally quite quick, assuming they actually have the product. Whilst waiting in the queue: * One person gave up because it was too long. * One person complained at the inevitable hour wait "But you've had my prescription 7-10 days already!" * One had a prescription for 100mg of something they needed urgently as they'd run out. But they couldn't give him 2x 50mg, that would be a new prescription, despite the fact they didn't contact him to say they didn't have any and had sat on the prescription for days. * There's no alcohol hand gel dispensers, just one empty manual hand pump on the shelf by the door. You'd think a pharmacy of all places would put some effort into having hand gel. Even the co-op does on the way in. * Some of the staff really are doing their best, but others really shouldn't be in a customer facing role.

The 5 stars are purely for Alex. Alex is the most polite, friendly and helpful member of staff. Hes always happy to help, patient and professional. As you can see from the other reviews its not generally got the best customer service, however they are lucky to at least have one member off staff that cares about doing their job properly :-) Thanks Alex!

The worst of the worst pharmacies I have been and unfortunately it’s the only one closest to me !

1/ 5

The worst of the worst pharmacies I have been and unfortunately it’s the only one closest to me ! The prescriptions is never ready for you to go and collect it , always has to wait 10-15min but always it’s actually extra plus 10min ! Behind the counter there are like 3-4 persons ( no idea what are they doing ) but always need to wait ! Last week went on with child was asked to wait for 10min max 15min, so we were there 10min when I asked when it will be ready “ up to 10min when pharmacist will finish do flu jab “WHAAAAT ??? We are here waiting and now she went do something else before finishing her first job !!! So ended up coming back next day - and surprise after 17 hours I could collect it !!! Today went take my prescription, I m feeling poorly but managed to put myself together and went , that lady was just there but she decided to take her lunch break ( which is ok as everyone is due to have it ) at that time !!! WHAAAT ??? I don’t see on the doors that there is lunch break !! So I need wait 30min feeling poorly with high fever to take my prescription Please bring more people for this pharmacy to work !!! Who actually are working !!!!! Will look into to find other pharmacy !

This place is a shambolic - a threat to public health. They actively lie to customers, giving excuses as to why prescriptions take longer than reasonable to fill. I’ve heard everything: they only just received the script (despite it being dropped off days prior), staff on lunch, phone and computer problems, etc. They fob people off and tell them to come back tomorrow, knowing it won’t be ready. They aren’t clearing any backlogs so it’s entirely reactive and even then, they make people wait 30-45 mins! The staff are clearly stressed and ill equipped to provide an essential service - in one sense, I feel sorry for them as it must be horrible working in an environment where you can’t do the basics right. The fact is, though, this pharmacy is failing to cope with the day to day needs of the Botley public and without urgent change, it will continue to put people at risk.
