The pharmacist guy is really nice and helpful. He helped my mum out in a tricky situation when she ran out of drugs when visiting from England.They always pick my prescription up from surgery very promptly too.

I am not good with people, and taking my weekly prescription is a tough task personally. The staff are always helpful and offer me a wide reasurring smile. There are sometimes an offer that as a student, I can hardly miss.

The Pharmacist and all the staff are absolutely charming and very Professional.

UPDATE February 2018: I cancelled all my prescriptions to Lloyds and I won't be EVER using Lloyds again! ...but not because of Bruntsfield Lloyds ( they have been always professional and helpful - thankyou! ) ...I had a terrible experience at Stockbridge Lloyds Pharmacy, so as a matter of principle I will be using Boots now. I can proudly say this is my 'local' pharmacy. Excellently stocked with all sorts of great things to assist you and your health. The staff really make this place what it is. They are professional, friendly and very lovely :) I have always been a fan of Lloyds Pharmacies, but in particular this is a very good one. I feel sorry for the staff though, because I think they can tend to be under staffed sometimes and rushed off their feet. Lloyds Bruntsfield is a very busy pharmacy - it never stops, and I think the area manager or executives of Lloyds should give these guys an extra staff member to take the edge off.

I’ve been there twice and both I received very helpful guidance from its male pharmacist! He is super kind and patient. Eventually my problems got solved thanks to him! I’m super grateful👍🏿 Merry Christmas🙌🏿

The Bruntsfield pharmacy has the best service, which you can easily tell when you telephone different Lloyds nearby… I received three HPV injections here. Staffs are really nice and helpful. They provided immediate support when I didn’t manage to book an appointment, and helped me receive all injections within shortest time span possible. Highly recommended!

Me and my friend got our HPV vaccinations in Bruntsfield LIoyds and it was an absolutely amazing experience! All the staff there were so patient and professional, and they made our vaccination experience much more relaxing and interesting. Strongly recommend!!!

Went to get a fit to fly test done, very friendly staff with really efficient service and you get your travel certificate within 15 minutes of the test. Highly recommend
