Telephoned to see if an emergency prescription had been emailed through from hubby’s dentist. They put me on hold and I waited 6 mins before hanging up. Couldn’t get through again afterwards. Hubby went up to pharmacy only to find they had closed at 5pm. Disgraceful way to treat people.
