Two grumpy lady that all they know is to count money apparently. This branch is just good for retired customers. Bad attitude I ever experienced. I have no idea why this place is still open!

I'm from New Zealand, and i was personally helped by the lovely staff to quickly open an account. They were very clear, and talked me through the best options for my situation. I was very grateful after being messed about by other banks. Thank you Lloyds Kidlington.

Horror experience. Staffs attitude stinks what a nasty welcome no way I'll bank my money with Lloyds! Went into the branch with ID and phone (screen was left with my new bank account number) first word the cashier barked at me was "Don't want touch your phone! " What a welcome gift and she thinks I'll bank my bank with her? I immediately left to go Barclay's. First I strongly think staff needs to be trained up properly with basic manner.

Most uncooperative and unhelpful staff and manager. I went there to have some documents verified in support of a credit card application and I was made to feel like a criminal. They initially refused to verify the documents and even after a letter from the issuing authority made it clear that they were doing it under duress. A great example of finding a reason why things can't be done, rather than "how can we do this".

Embarrassed me Infront of loads of people because I couldn't do the same signature I done when I created the account which is fair enough as it's a security risk I guess I have problems writing, so I came back with 2 forms of photo id one being a passport and the other a driving license , still asked for a signature and made a big fuss about it until the manager said it's alright. Made me want to swap banks.

Horrible staff. Not the first time we've come across rude staff at this branch. The staff manners really is the downside.. really should all be replaced by the clever cash-in machines instead. Why would I come into the branch to get rude treatment? Pretty appalling attitude from the male cashier.

Normally so happy with the service at this branch but was left frustrated on my last visit or lack of it should I say. After driving from Marston to Kidlington especially to deposit a cheque, I waited in a socially distanced queue outside and when it was my turn to enter the shop at 1.59pm (it closes at 2pm) I was told, sorry, we are now closed! It would have taken me just a minute to deposit my cheque into the machine but no, the young male assistant said sorry, we are now closed. I love staff who use their initiative to different scenarios and act accordingly. Though not the end of the world granted just frustrating and a wasted journey!

changing the working hours of a bank branch until 15:30 prevents some customers from using the bank's services. Is it possible to change the closing hours, from one day to 5 pm or work on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.
