I've visited this bank three times to open up an account. First they said they needed a letter from the employer. After I got it on the second visit they told me that everything looks perfect but I need to change address in the HMRC. On the third visit they told me that the letter from employer doesn't matter to them because its not a company recognised by Lloyds Bank. Complete waste of my time as they could've told me this at the beginning. Customer service is awful and I will not recommend Lloyds to anyone for their lack of professionalism.

Nice and helpful staff. Not very crowded place and is open on Saturdays.

Staff seem friendly but unfortunately after nearly half an hour of waiting only 1 customer was served. If the customer can’t be bothered to get all the details they were asked, don’t serve them and serve the people that are being held up behind them.

As an NHS worker I have gone to work when required regardless of the challenges Can I even get one call answered by Lloyd’s NO Every number I have phoned they have cut off my call Why is it so difficult for Banks to organize themselves and help the customers that have put them where they are today Without customers Lloyd’s would not exist FURIOUS
