I wish there was a no star option . I asked for a new debit card and new pin number for it. They decided to cancel my current debit card immediately. Made a complaint. Days later got my new card and some more days later my new pin. Turned out that the new pin was for my old and cancelled card. I made another complained and asked about my previous complaint which seemed to have disappeared. All the manager I talked to over the phone could say after spending 20 minutes with checking and cross checking my card and details is that she is sorry. Not good enough. Utterly disappointed.
