I wish there was a no star option . I asked for a new debit card and new pin number for it. They decided to cancel my current debit card immediately. Made a complaint. Days later got my new card and some more days later my new pin. Turned out that the new pin was for my old and cancelled card. I made another complained and asked about my previous complaint which seemed to have disappeared. All the manager I talked to over the phone could say after spending 20 minutes with checking and cross checking my card and details is that she is sorry. Not good enough. Utterly disappointed.

Not helpful at all, after making a mess with my account, they are trying to shift blame and responsibility. Some employees are shockingly rude. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Staff are so helpful and friendly but please get more staff. Always a wait. Not fair on staff or clients

I've banked with Lloyd's for many decades. My original branch​ was awful and I moved to another bank because of them. When I moved to Chiswick I found this branch and its staff a revelation. They are friendly, helpful and efficient and as a result I am using them again for a lot of my banking needs. Banking with this branch is definitely a good choice.

Worst bank ever

For over a month I am going to same branch with one reason help close bank account for my friend which is not in uk anymore. Firstly enter to ask how to do it I have received answer about writing a letter and dropping it in any branch with information about her account and if there is any founds to send over to different account. Secondly I went with a printed copy of a scan which she did. I have received answer that has to be hand written and scanned documents are not acceptable. Today after receiving a letter from Poland with all hand written documents they tell me that I need extra information about international bank name and adress. If someone could for first time take 2 minutes more with me and tell me exactly all information I would miss so much of travel stress and hussle coming over back and back again. Finally I got clear written info about what she did not write on letter.

Lots of staff on hand to help with any queries. Deposit point inside that lets you bank cash notes and cheques. And also a cash point inside. All the times that ive used this branch its never been busy.

Very helpful with a complicated matter.
