This place is currently closed as they're doing some renovations! So be aware!!! Other than that, great place, helpful staff

Came today and the branch is closed for no reason! I work in Richmond and live in Putney...the Putney brand closes at 5pm so when you work it's impossible to visit it. So basically I have a cheque which I will only be able to put on my account Saturday. Not impressed at all!

Err - it has permanently closed April 2019 !!!

Rude staff, very unhelpful. Three on the desks and two completely ignored us pretending to be busy whilst we stood there. Then young man acted like we were stupid for not booking an appointment to open a joint acc after I was told you could just walk in and do it. Only one advisor in on a Saturday?! Great... Shame I bank with Lloyds.

Nice and spacious bank, counters have no windows so it is easy to communicate with the bank tellers. Has multiple ATMs (2 outside and 1 inside) along with an instant deposit machine for notes and cheques. Lots of comfortable seating available in case you're waiting for someone else.

I tried to deposit some money today but my card and money were taken by machine in Richmond branch. I explained how much roughly should there be more as machine gave me some back but I recived a phone call that is all matching for the branch and I can't do anything...

Staff very unprofessional, rude and lazy. Dealt with Staff at the branch, very cold approach and unwilling the help me opening a joint account (switch). I meant business but she didn’t shown any remorse whatsoever. She said she was busy with appointments despite of the fact I found her chatting and laughing with her colleagues. She shouldn’t be at Lloyd’s !!!! Get your act together Lloyds !!!!!!!!! Disappointing

I'm the Lloyds customer for the last 15 years. The staff at Richmond branch are so unprofessional, rude and very very lazy! After the lockdown they don't want to work at all and help to the customers. The management MUST be changed! The staff do anything except their work! Three times my appointment was re-booked and I still waiting for confirmation. When you go inside the staff treat you like a slave! They chat to each other instead of serving you, they are so slow. Here is the example: I came to the branch to reschedule my appointment. I gave all my personal information and told I would like to book appointment. The "lady" didn't pay attention at all to me and once I finished she asked me: "How can I help you?" O.o All my family (three account holders) now will switch to HSBC or Barclays. Very unprofessional bank!!!
