This branch doesn't seem to be frequented too often, and I've never found I've had to wait long at all to see someone. They were super helpful the time when all my cards got cloned, and the cheque machine is super simple to use. Nice, bright, open and airy.

The worst bank ever. i have asked to sent me statement, because i have paperless one. i have not received it and came to branch to get stamped statement, because i need it urgently! and they don't stamp it and were not actually going to sent me one, it wasn't in a system for some reason! i went to 2 another branches, where were different rules. They stamped 3 months statement, but not 6 months. oh, yes, almost forgot, asked me "friendly" to print what i need from online banking not in a branch! at the same time my friend took his one from Metro bank at 7.30 o'clock in the evening in 5 min with envelope and all stamped!

Very poor customer service with regard to our charity business banking. "Tracey" is often unhelpful and obstructive. I dread when I see she will be serving me and rarely does she resolve the issues I have at hand despite me being Treasurer for over 6 years.

Pleasant and spacious and a nice place to visit, but like a lot of Lloyds banks these days it has a skeleton staff so watch out if you're in a rush. One teller and a queue is a common sight.

Usually very good but sadden that, even now, Lloyds have this branch only open Tuesday to Thursday. This means it gets very busy on the days it is open which makes social distancing a problem! Since the Teddington branch has been closed, the nearest other branches are either Richmond or Kingston. As a small trader who tries to discourage clients paying by cheque, but have some that still do, it can mean upwards of a week before I can pay cheques in to my account.

I would rate it 0 star if it had. Very disappointed with the staff who standing around in the front for taking care of customers. I wanted to create an account 2 weeks ago and she said I needed to change the name on the council tax bill because it has to be made the same name with my passport, so I went back home and changed it exactly as she means. When I come back to see her after 2 weeks, she complained about the name and told me to change it again. I told her what she said to me before and she interrupted without listening to me. I wanted to speak with the other staff, she intervened and didn't let me speak with anyone else. After that, she cared for another customer and ignored me at all, she just said Bye with a very rude attitude. I’ve never met anyone who rudely works in the customer care department like her. I regretted that I didn’t pay attention to her name so I can give feedback straight forward to her manager. Will come back again to know her name. By the way, I went to another bank like Barclays and HSBC to make accounts, they very welcome and there were not any problems at all with my name.

I phoned the Twickenham branch of Lloyds, yesterday, I had been involved in a scam & was extremely worried. The two members of staff I spoke to were very efficient, sympathetic & helpful. I’m afraid I can’t remember their names but would like to thank them both. Excellent service.
