The staff at this branch used to be brilliant especially the lady called Ann. But things have gone downhill drastically especially the Manager Ms Sagoo. She has a huge attitude problem. She is extremely arrogant, obnoxious and obtuse. I don;'t recommend this branch to anyone or this whole organisation!!
