Today is my third time here.. I am here to open an account They take the banking rules very seriously The first time I came they refused to open an account for me because I do not have a proof of address... I think they actually take their work seriously..

Great place, highly recommended: better and miles ahead of the Merchants Courts branch (this last branch, in Lord Street I cannot recommend). The manager of this branch in Church St. one is so professional and very polite. My advice: use this branch (not the Merchants Courts one).

I qued - to pay £20 into my account - discreetly. Was embarrassed by a line assistant - she hovered about me. She then walked over to the cashier as I was paying in - deliberately - and watched me paying in my meagre amount. Awful person.

It's so hard to do a bank account opening here! I've tried more than three times to get the service on proof of ID, all failed because of being ignored. Oh yes yes they are busy all the time and i know it's my fault to bother them!

Horrendous meet and greet blond member of staff at Liverpool City Centre Branch. Have not been to this branch since Covid. Walked through the wrong door by mistake. She marched over to me and spoke in an unfavourable manner. Although I apologised we started arguing as I did not like her approach and tone. Very aggressive and unnecessary! I told her I don’t like the way you are speaking to me and she seemed surprised! I told her if you don’t like people you should not do this job!. She said she loves people which again is highly unprofessional interaction with a customer. Told her I came in for help not an argument. Everyone that came after me she treated with upmost respect. Utter disgraceful way to speak to a customer. Maybe there was another a-gender!
