Lloyds Bank leeds

A young lady cashier at Bradford branch should learn to have some manners i ask a simple thing she just makes up excuses ... Leeds branch so much better it's a shame that Bradford doesn't have the same level of good customer service as Leeds.

Great staff! The staff are always helpful and definitely go above and beyond in resolving queries.

Best bank so far by far. I have been with two previous but lloyds by far is the best. The online app is easy to use. The staff at the town centre branch are helpful and the branch opening times are really flexible for ppl that actually want to go into branch to speak to someone face to face.

I love going to the bank to get support withdraw or deposit and get advice about financial sides of life And i would recommend people to help teach new people the services and knowledge bank teaches via social media blogging etc more and help inspire motivate more people to do good its kind and good vibes If they have £0 but have spent 100% on bills etc i would say essentials are more important than long term short term fill to help reach long term so its like i got a financial failure which means that failure is a part of success keep praying and never give up on goals Inspirational profesional progress advices

After being with lloyds for over 10 years, I've seen lloyds go down hill. The service has been getting poorer and the customer satisfaction hasn't been up to standard, what it used to be 10 years ago is alot better than what it used to be now - and it's nothing to do with Covid. Lloyds used to be my main account for buying and selling. After recent experience with the staff, I feel insecure to use my account incase if anything was to happen. Whenever I call and want to speak to an agent, I have to go through a whole long process at least 3 minutes before I can get through to the right section and then I'm in a waiting list for over 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. Ive shifted to another bank and the process is alot simpler, quicker and hassle free.
