After being with lloyds for over 10 years, I've seen lloyds go down hill. The service has been getting poorer and the customer satisfaction hasn't been up to standard, what it used to be 10 years ago is alot better than what it used to be now - and it's nothing to do with Covid.
Lloyds used to be my main account for buying and selling. After recent experience with the staff, I feel insecure to use my account incase if anything was to happen.
Whenever I call and want to speak to an agent, I have to go through a whole long process at least 3 minutes before I can get through to the right section and then I'm in a waiting list for over 20 minutes. It's ridiculous.
Ive shifted to another bank and the process is alot simpler, quicker and hassle free.
