Very busy place and staff is not helpful at all .they just doing their bits regardless how many customers waiting for help outside.if you can’t get staff to help I think this place should be closed instead of giving that much bad and unacceptable service.time wasted no help staff is rude just stay away from this place .

Since most high Street banks are closing this is the nearest to me, took me 35 min to get here at 3:05, got to cashier at 3:12 and got told I can't withdraw any money as they don't have any cash left. It's ridiculous how a BANK don't have any cash to serve Their costumers. Absolutely shocking.
