This is the worst branch I've gone to! Unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional staff. I would suggest that you avoid this place at all costs and go into Leeds Centre and speak to people there.

Was there 4 times, until go to the city centre branch and finnaly they told me in 2 minutes what's going on. Staff are lack of competence, smiling and goggle, stering at you like you was an idiot.

The worst branch I have ever visited. Very unprofessional and the branch manager fraser was absolutely appalling to deal with was very patronizing! Would never used this branch again and most definitely would never recommend this branch. How has lloyds have someone like Fraser running this branch and representing the company with appalling customer service and being very patronizing.

your website says its open until 3pm today Wednesday 13th october. went to the bank to find it closed on a Wednesday . very annoying.
