staff inside are great, but a long wait sometimes if one member serving or problems arise, they need a simple enquiry desk. Annoyed about the saturday closure, the community here are pensioners , again we are being pushed into the online access where you cant simply speak to a person in seconds withut going through endless questions and options. The time where banks literally disappear will be a problem indeed. Last year my card was locked for security reasons , I had to go to my local branch to show ID etc, grateful that my branch is down the road and not in the city centre, here we have the failure of the online services they can only do so much as it all over the phone or online, still had to visit the bank in the end.

1/ 5

Wizytę na otwarcie konta bankowego umówiliśmy prawie tydzień wcześniej, dwa dni przed spotkaniem dostaliśmy smsa z numerem identyfikacyjnym i przypomnieniem o wyzycie. Przychodzimy do banku w dany dzień o danej godzinie i dowiaduje się że nie ma człowieka który potrafi otwierać konta bankowe. Niewiedziałem że. Można pracować w banku nie mając takich umiejętności.
