Dreadful branch, no apology for an extremely long wait in the queue, which was originally out the door! I am so glad i don't actually bank with Lloyds and was just paying some money in to a friends account. You will lose customers very quickly with this kind of customer service. If you close branches, at least have all the counters open in the remaining. I am not happy that I was forced to give one star just to get my review on

I finished the online application, got confirmed email from Lloyds bank that I only need to prove my ID at a branch. One staff from this branch was totally unhelpful and unprofessional. She didn’t check my online application but only repeated ‘we can’t open an account only with passport’, and then simply left the room while I was still in the room. The most terrible experience I ever have.
You won’t find worse service elsewhere. Look no further if this is what you’re after 👌🏻
Just had an horrendous experience at this branch. Tried to open a bank account, was told I didn't have the correct id . I tried to leave and the cashier was shouting at the top of her voice details that are personal to me. How dare she. She is a disgrace. I'm so angry. Don't know who the cashier thinks she is. So unprofessional and I'm looking into taking action against having my personal details shouted for everyone in branch to hear
