Really didn't enjoy my experience here. I feel the staff weren't very ambitious and weren't trying to entice me to switch my bank account. However, there was one member of staff I really did like. A dashing man with lovely brown hair. I believe his name was Rob. He was the complete opposite, he was very kind and enjoyed my company whilst he gave me a massive, meaty handshake. Cheers Rob, Many thanks, Ben

They are simply not interested at this 'shop'. I asked at the shop to see talk to someone face to face. The lady at the counter walked around to her colleague who was busy reading a magazine. She returned saying her colleague couldn't support me because she was too busy. I challenged her and she suggested that I made a telephone appointment or made the inquiry online. LLOYDS bank, please change your staff at this branch. I've banked with the company for all of my adult life. This branch has not interest in support clients.

Worst service. Provided by completely incompetent staff who have no idea how to run a bank. Majority of them have no customer service skills and should not be working with people. In comparison to their other banks this bank is a mess!

A good small scale branch of Lloyd's bank. Nice staff, but the wait times between 11:30 and 14:00 are silly as they never put more than one teller on at a time. This branch is due to close down permanently on the 4th of November.
