Lloyds Bank brighton

Very friendly and helpful staff! It was my first time banking with Lloyd's, and it was a great first experience! Had a lovely cashier called Ros who was super friendly and helpful! I agree with the other reviews about the queues and staff make up for it!

Terrible queues for service with only 2 staff on the main desk. Half the time their counting machine doesn't work so they can't pay in or out. As a main branch in Brighton it is a joke. They need more staff and counting machines. I’m considering changing to a better bank.

Horrendous queues for a cashier but lovely people when you get there. Lots of other staff wandering around with clip boards trying not to make eye contact but seemingly unwilling or untrained to jump on one of the many empty cashier positions.

I didn't see a cashier so can't comment on them but customer services were very efficient and my particular transaction went through swiftly without a hitch.

I waited a long time for a cashier as is usual. I intended to pay in £400 of £2 coins only to be told that there is a ten bag limit per day. The transaction took well under one minute. Surely the whole amount could have been deposited with advice about future deposits. I presume this is a time saving measure but compared to the transactions of the people before me this was extremely quick. There is a big difference between £2 coins and 1p coins! Having left home very early to go to work via the bank I now have to carry the remaining £200 up to London and back and then make another journey in to town. Poor service!

My previous bank statement posted to me 30.Nov 2021 But with christmas cheques out when will i know if cleared or not? come on Lloyds Brighton the Dec 2021, Jan 2022 postal statements are due!

Most of the time I lose time becouse the staff is not completly trainee so they start one thing after they pass your problem to other staff more prepaired...in this time you stress and lose time.I have this problem almost all the time when i try international transaction, payments.
