Absolutely horrible service. Staff used to be so nice and welcoming before covid. Now they're extremely aggressive. I cannot wear a mask for health reasons, they saw my badge that I'm exempt and still refused to let me in. Every time I try and put money into my account they make me feel like I'm not up to standards. Feel so discriminated. They've pushed me to a point where I'm now closing my account and transferring everything into a new bank. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service

Came in desperate for some change for the laundrette, since no shops are accepting cash during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Got told that they can't change 10 pound note to coins without me having an account to put it in. my main bank is halifax which is part of the same banking group. really stupid, This is why i don't bank at Lloyds. What kind of bank can't change notes.
