Despite not being a seasoned gym bunny I felt really welcome at LivingWell. I really look forward to going as I love the facilities along with the personal trainers. I feel like I'm on the right track now and with LivingWell it doesn't feel like a chore, more like a reward.

The reception staff are not giving out towels glad I checked what the process was before I went down . The reception had the towels delivered very quickly. So I was able to enjoy the swim . The Sauna was not in use unsure if that was covid or in need of repair which it mat be as the steam room was working
