5/ 5

I came to Bikram Yoga Liverpool because I desperately needed a life change, for my mind and especially my body, 15 months on I am a much more positive, forward thinking person and better than that it has helped me to become a much healthier person, I've lost 21 lbs, and I am now a super healthy 22 BMI. Everyone is so friendly at BYL, we are like a family outside your immediate family because we are all there for the same reason, to improve our health and ultimately our day to day lives. I don't know how I would cope without my yoga fix now, its part of my life and I could not function if it was taken away from me.... so I won't let it.
