I had a new colour and a blow dry and the results are amazing! Service is brilliant, highly professional and friendly, fun and relaxed atmosphere. Simone did my hair on both occasions I have been, and he is a true hair genius, he is really good at knowing what looks good on you and I am so pleased to have gone with his suggestions of a new fresh look! I will definitely go back, plus they use the best range of products on your hair!

My experience at Live True London was fantastic. I got a full head of balayage, haircut and blow dry+style. Irene was my hairdresser and I’ll definitely be going back. Their service here was amazing and I’m so impressed. Everyone was wearing masks and very careful about cleanliness etc too. My colour turned out better than expected. I hadn’t had it dyed in 7 months and wanted to go a lot blonder without killing my hair and Irene did exactly that. I’m so grateful for my experience at this hair dressers as it’s so hard to find nice people, amazing service and getting exactly what you want. Absolutely worth the money and would highly recommend! This was my first time at the salon but I will definitely be back - my stylist Clarissa did an amazing job with my hair! My hair was so dull and lifeless before, but Clarissa knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and spent lots of time making sure I had the right amount of colour applied. She also used a toner after the colour, to make my hair feel so beautiful and glowing! I've never been so pleased with a cut and colour and would recommend to anyone!

I had my first hair dye with Becca and she was amazing! So professional and so kind to alleviate any fears that I had. The final colour of a very light blonde worked so well and worth every penny! Would definitely recommend as I had a thoroughly great experience! Thank you, Becca!

Yet another fantastic trip to this salon. Joe is just the best! If anyone is in doubt, the salon has done a great job to remain COVID-secure with a one way system still in place and all stylists wearing masks. I love coming here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet high quality haircut

I received a shellac manicure and pedicure. The manicure was so painful I had hang nails on every single finger. The shellac was chipped and pealing withing 2 days. On one nail the whole layer was lifting. I return ed and complained . The work was inspected and the shellac was immediately removed and replaced. It was completed to a much better standard. This is is why I give 3 stars instead of 1. I would return but be mindful of who does my nails.

I booked my appointment while a half price colouring offer was on and now I won't be getting my hair cut anywhere else. I've really struggle to find somewhere that can cope with my mixed curl pattern and Natalia really knew what she was talking about, she fixed the lackluster cut I'd had else where and the colour, oh my god. I feel amazing after Natalia took the time to really create a look that works for me. The first thing she asked after understanding what I was looking for was how I care for/style my hair normally, and she put the colour on accordingly. Can't wait for my next touch up

Red was very attentive and skilled. My hair is thick and heavy, and I believe this is a huge challenge for many hairstylists. What surprised me the most was that Red knew how to deal with Asian heads and created a perfect short hair image for me. I will definitely look for Red next time.

Daniel was wonderful. He expertly recommended what would suit me and it’s the best hair cut and colouring that I have had in years. I will 100% be coming back. Thank you so much Daniel, you did a wonderful job!
