Poor customer service. complained to me, because had a parcel delivered to their branch through Amazon even though their post office is a choosen collection point on Amazon delivery. They said that they don't have room and Said that i shouldnt do it again and that its not allowed. I work during the day and its the closest post office to my house so its very convened thst amazon offer this service to collect at their post office. In future they should remove it. Until they do I'll ask for my parcels to go there. They weren't very pleasant and a poor experience and gives the post office brand a bad reputation for declining to carry out a service they offer.

The post worker was very rude to me, I asked her how much cost for royal mail second class she replies i don't have time ,also the customer before me was from her friend she stayed talking to her for about 30 minutes !!!
