Pretty good but maybe not quite as good as they like to think! Clean, tidy and generally excellent staff. Coffee is just about OK for free, if you have a Waitrose card, but if I was paying for my coffee I would buy it somewhere else!

I went to buy a bottle of champagne for my father's birthday and I was treated with the utmost disrespect. It wasn't the fact that I was asked to show my ID (Greek ID), but the manner of which it was asked. The manager herself asked me to show my ID and then after I put it away, she asked to see it again. She spoke to me with impatience and disbelief, asked me to confirm my d.o.b. twice, while I was beyond polite! If that's how you treat your customers, then I don't know what to say. I don't like calling people racist but I honestly felt so attacked!

Never fails to disappoint if I'm honest. It is OK I suppose but as pretty much everything seems more expensive than elsewhere I would hope for better. Yes, with a card you get a free coffee (providing you take your own cup) but that is not great either. If I was going to spend £2.10 on a machine made coffee I'd go elsewhere. The "partners" are nothing special, frankly the staff in ASDA are far nicer!

Great team of staff this morning....was making a delivery and had a technical issue with the truck. We emptied the trailer by hand and not one complaint. They went above and beyond that of a normal day's work.i thank you and wish you all a merry Xmas

OK but few staff wearing masks, not really on current message or socially responsible, John Lewis.
