Never been rushed out the door so fast in my life. Twice. Wasn’t given time or space to make my product selections or to purchase all the products I wanted. Products seem to be priced around 20% above rrp. Not accomodating to women with children, not open Mondays and no allowances made for real life circumstances including covid.

Tranquility is a great spa. Their beauty packages are awesome. I get my eyelash extensions done there and they always turn out great. I stopped getting massages there as I found they were painful and repetitive (went over the same spot too many times). I love the building and the staff are always very friendly. Prices are alright.
