Rude receptionists!!! Can't stress this enough. If you are feeling sick and want to make an appointment, please not in this GP practice. Receptionists do not want to help, and only make excuses why something is not possible. The only exceptions are a male and a white lady with black hair in her years. They are the only reason I have given 2 stars. Waiting times are obnoxious, can faster die than get a doctor to see you sometimes.

Dr Lynch and her team have been my local GP’s and nurses for over 10 years now and I consider myself and my family to be incredibly lucky to have such wonderful, caring and honest medical support. I’ve been through births, sickness and deaths and I’ve always been treated with kindness, respect and confidentiality. Thank you for everything you do xx

All of my family goes to this surgery and their service is absolutely brilliant. I always see Dr Sibia for my routine appointments and she is such a caring and helpful doctor. I would recommend this surgery to anyone who is looking for that extra care.

My family have been registered with Little Park surgery for more than 30 years. Over that time we have been really pleased with the professional care and dedication all the staff and doctors have provided. I have had a recent appointment with Dr Sibia who was very easy to talk to, attentive, and discussed in detail my health issues and a treatment plan.

This is a very good GP, everyone is very helpful and all the doctors are very nice especially Dr Sibia. She is very clever and helpful as well as welcoming every time I visit the GP. She’s a wonderful doctor.

I've had bad experiences with GP surgeries in the past, so when I signed up for Little Park Surgery I had no expectations. I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond each and every time I have a query, appointment, prescription request... Each receptionist I have spoken to is kind, caring and welcoming and the doctors/nurses make sure that I am comfortable and give me all the time that I need. Best GP I have ever been with by far.

Don't think I have ever waited less than 4 weeks for a normal GP appointment, which makes sorting out conditions with extended treatment plans a problem. But that is a blessing in comparison to getting ahold of the reception, who seem to attend the phones for 35 mins a day and actively hang up.

Made an over the phone appointment today with the dr. And was told to expect the call between 9&1! Never in my life have I ever come across such an unprofessional mess of an institution. Felt like I was given an eta on a delivery from the courier. Disappointing.

I cannot fault this surgery! I have been suffering with long covid for over 1 year now. I have received the best care throughout with the doctors and receptionists.

Nightmare trying to get an appointment call in the morning caller number 14 speak to receptionist no appointments call back at 2pm so I did caller number 15 finally someone answers and cuts me off!!!! Sort it out most COVID restrictions are over now!!! 😡😡
