Rubbish, can’t get appointments, doctors can’t even give you ten minutes time at the appointment, referrals get declined due to no funding. Doctors fob you off. Lost hope and trust in this practise. I have contacted NHS England !! Do not join this practise

Never answer the phone, cant get an appointment and constantly mess up prescriptions. My mom has been without her inhalers for 3 months and everytime we manage to speak to someone there say their will sort it out and get them sent out how ever we have still yet to see these inhalers. When we speak with the chemist they telk us their have had nothimg from the doctors and to speak with them. Would not recommend

Poor attitude and poor service as im 3 months pregnant and was refused to use the toilet as i was not a patient. I then had to walk another mile to my home to use the toilet. Due to that im now on way to hospital with belly pains! Absolutely shocking level of care an service given...

Absolutely appalling surgery I rang up to make an appointment at 8:00am and lines busy for a good 25 minutes (I timed it) engaged shockingly after 59 tries it rings only to be told all appointments gone!!!! Seriously this surgery doesn't give a monkeys about their patients they don't wanna see you and that awful doctor Raja is like he's dying to get rid of you rubbish doctor. I will be changing my doctor before I end up dead!!!! DO NOT JOIN THIS SURGERY THEY NEVER HAVE APPOINTMENTS AND ARE ALWAYS ENGAGED!!!! :/

Worst service in the world. Poor staff with no discipline extremely arrogant and rude. No translators available on reception. No manners. £50 fees for a simple letter. when you explain they say its their own made rule. No lady doctors to attend to for private womens treatment. Only 3 doctors in total and so many patients you can never get an appointment. Rather go to a hospital and wait 4 hours for treatment. If you eventually get a appointment they make you wait 20 minutes past your appointment time before calling you in. Avoid at all costs. They dont even deserve 1 star but cannot post a comment otherwise.

Rude woman on reception got really funny with me on the phone, really unprofessional. Only saving grace is that I dealt with a lad on reception previously who was decent and did his job correctly, and the Doctors here are very good people. It's like the lottery when you ring up. You might get good service, but you might get what I got today, which is a very rude receptionist.

Absolutely joke of a surgery…. over 2 hours on the call no matter what time of the day you ring, go to the door and ring bell or knock and get ignored… when you do get to speak to someone they are rude and unprofessional and don’t care about the patients at all… doctors themselves are nice and friendly but trying to get to see one is almost impossible they should be closed down just took my entire family out and moved to another practice as I have been unable to see Any doctor for the past 2 years as never an appointment even after a 2 hour wait on the phone and then your told they are not following government guidelines when it comes to the vaccines total nightmare don’t waste your time and join this practice

Awful service. Was on hold for 1.5 hours only to be told no appointments available. The appointment was for someone vulnerable and really needed it but told to go chemist to purchase medication. To the staff who said this ask yourself would you pay if your eligible for free. Horrible service. A few curse words for you all.

Absolute joke. I will be leaving this practice immediately. In my previous medical centre, I've never had to wait over an hour on the phone, whilst in a queue; all I get is "you are number 13 in the queue" and it stays on 13 for 35 minutes. For those seeking a medical practice, I advise you to look elsewhere because this is the worst medical practice to register you/your family at.

I have numerous dealing's with this practice over the last few difficult months and years , my family and I are patients . The care and attention i have received have been second to none. Each staff member is helpful,sympathetic and kind. Dr Patel and Dr Aziz have always gone beyond my expectations and displayed clinical expertise and empathy .I want to particularly name Naima on reception who has displayed such care and help. I could not have managed without her, she is a shining example of just how good N H S staff are. Finally a special mention to Rifat nurse practioner for her help and to each and every single member of staff . Well done for your hard work and superb service
