Kids love it here

Had a fantastic party here for a group of 10, seven year old girls. Staff were excellent and really helpful. Kept the party moving, lots for the girls to do and they all loved it. Place looks a little rough around the edges, especially from outside, but the kids don't care and the party went smoothly from start to finish.

Went here with my two grandaughters for a friend's 13th birthday party we had a fab time we were all looked after and pampered, all the girls were so lovely and treated us like princesses would like to say a big thankyou to Mikaela for my fantastic facial

Absolutely brilliant!! My daughter had her 12th birthday here with 9 of her friends. Nothing was too much for the staff, absolutely lovely ladies!! We where well looked after and the kids have had an absolute blast.

I booked the mother and daughter deluxe package. My girls really enjoyed it but I didn't particularly get much out of it. The location (industrial place) wasn't great but once inside it was nice. The bathrooms were appaling which was part of the unit which I assume is a sharing one for all business in the unit. The staff were really nice and went above and beyond. Really lovely girls. However the nail polish picked out was empty and no replacement which is shame so don't know why they're on the rack. Girls loved the selfie room. The afternoon wasn't great..cute room but food was a let down. Chunky thick breads with the thinist ham id seen, scones ridiculously large with sprinkled sugar on top and stupidly large cake slices. It didn't look like a very girly afternoon tea. I would've preferred smaller and quality food. Overall my girls loved it and maybe I'd go back again.

My Daughter had a pamper party for her 11th birthday with 4 friends. The girls had a fantastic time where they had there nails, hair, makeup, foot spa, games, selfie room, food etc, The staff ( caitilin and Ellie) were absolutely outstanding. Really friendly and very professional. I would definitely take my daughter again for another party. Great experience
