I would like to thank you for the wonderful flowers at the wedding of my daughter Katie Dent to her now husband Max Williams at the Avon Gorge Hotel. the flowers and floral decorations surpassed my expectations. You did an incredible job. The rooms and tables looked beautiful. The bouquets, especially the bridal bouquet, were amazing - a true work of floral art. Definitely recommended.

Very good service in dealing with my afternoon telephone request for a delivery in Bristol that day. The recipient was delighted with her lovely bouquet delivered that evening.

For someone who knows little about flowers and how to even start on what I want, I think they came up with a pretty good design. (Picture below) fair to say my mum was super happy and brought some join to her day. I would highly recommend with super friendly and accommodating members of staff.

I recommended Lisa Elliott to my Aunt who was looking to send my mum some flowers. My mum had just been in hospital for a serious operation for cancer treatment. I recommended the florist based on the Google reviews. However, we were really really disappointed with the bouquet that was sent through. My mum was so upset. The roses died within 24 hours! The water was really smelly, as if the flowers had been kicking around for a while. And most of the bouquet was padded out with cheap greenery. For 50 quid plus VAT it was extremely poor value for money. My mum complained on the Saturday morning and they offered to send some more on the Monday. She didn't want to wait that long. They did refund the money to my Aunt but it feels like they should have offered more to make amends, given how upsetting it was for everyone, and how much time is involved in complaining, the inconvenience etc.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers at short notice over the phone for a wedding anniversary. Lisa had no input from me about what was required and I was very happy with her efforts when I got to see it. A beautiful bouquet, constructed with some different foliage, such as decorative cabbage, which really worked well. My photo does no justice to how lovely it looks. Thank you.
