Visited here on 06/01/2019 as our bins weren't emptied by Renfrewshire Council. We were met by an obnoxious Council employee who was obviously annoyed to be working on a Sunday. Not impressed by his advice to throw recyclable material in the general waste section.

My first time driving a van and visiting a recycling centre. The two gentlemen working there were absolutely brilliant and lovely! They made me feel very comfortable and assisted me extensively. I was by myself and had big items and they helped me to get everything to the right places. I visited in the evening so there was no queue either. They are doing a absolutely brilliant job, thank you

This review reflects the fact that whilst Renfrewshire Council always play the poverty card they seem to be able to pay the wages of 6 people (4x hi vis staff + 2 x 'enforcement officers') at this site who seem to just chat all day in the portakabin. Last 2 waiting times have been 1hr10 mins then a speedier 50mins due to there not being enough drivers for the skips! Surely overkill when the roads look like they have suffered an air raid. Perhaps retrain your staff to do more meaningful jobs.
