'More experienced' reception staff are surprisingly very rude. it takes an inordinate amount of time to get anything clerical done, upwards of 2 weeks for Doctor's note, are you for real? You rarely get to see the same doctor either, I assume it's because doctors can't be bothered staying here on a permanent basis.

Poor customer service, the old lady at the counter seemed annoyed to deal with customers problem, what on earth do you think you're doing there? Garbage service not recommended

I am delighted with the care my wife received during her long illness. Karen and her staff were to say the least outstanding and always available to help and advise. They never seem to rest and have my full admiration. No idea why this practice gets bad reviews. With the requirement for long term care and they were just amazing. I have seen previous reviews and I have not had a problem with any staff what so ever. They do their job as expected. Only problem is time to get an appointment but that isn't their fault more down to UK government lack of investment!

I've only used the practice for picking up prescriptions and similar so haven't dealt with any of the medical staff to any notable degree, but the reception staff (at least a portion of them) are the worst I've encountered anywhere. Rude and abrasive would be the only way to put it, with myself and other patients - and unhelpful too. Sad to see a fairly confused elderly patient being scolded for not going to the right desk on my last visit, prompted me to leave this review. When your job is to deal directly with the public, you should have adequate interpersonal skills.

Welcoming practice with very approachable doctors, if you call up you get a telephone appointment a few hours later and get seen in person the same day if required

Nice staff.. Treated very nicely.

Didn't have to queue to get in. Social distancing in place. Busy. Lots of patients. Used to be a nice kind of family doctors but now so busy the docs don't really know you. Lost that 'treated as an individual feeling' ☹️

Was refused to get a blood test done, they have no idea how to deal with transgender people and what care they need. Avoid this place if you're transgender or require some kind of special care.

Not all receptionists here are bad, however there are some bad apples that are seriously the most unprofessional receptionists in the health care system that I have ever experienced. I honestly have no words to describe the way they behave. For those who are thinking of coming to this practice, I say good luck and I really hope you get a different experience from me. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Warning: be prepared to go through rigorous rude interrogations with the receptionist, be prepared to be treated in a condescending way, don't set high expectations to this practice. You will be disappointed. I think there should be a secret monitoring or investigation into the receptionists work conduct.
