Great little bookshop. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great categories and plenty to browse through. Good history selection. Tea room at the back selling light snacks, cakes and hot/cold drinks. Worth a visit.

Lovely bookshop. Great selection of children's books and strong on current fiction. Some popular genres under-represented, but well worth a visit.

I visited Linghams for the first time this week for an author event and book signing and I wish I'd known they were here sooner! Fantastic book shop, with friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. The café menu looks interesting and it's really easy to get to, although there isn't very much parking. Will absolutely be visiting again.

The book I wanted was part of the window display but that wasn't a problem. Service was second to none.....and lots of information given about future events, love going into this shop!

Located in the centre of Heswall easy to get to parking just around the corner if required. An excellent selection of books to choose from and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. They also do book signing. Well worth a visit.

Lovely shop. We enjoyed browsing and buying. Staff very helpful. I missed finding a good poetry section but the children's section was very attractive

Marvellous independent bookshop in Heswall. Friendly, always helpful staff working in a bijou but busy shop. Great café in the rear too where you can relax and peruse your (prospective) purchases. Lots of author signed editions to suit many tastes and a variety of literary events can also be booked here. Well worth your time to pay a visit.

Didn't really explore the book store today but seems definitely worth a future visit. Went for coffee and cake in the cafe at the back of the book shop and really enjoyed that. Highly recommended!

Lovely place and staff here. Apologised for the coffees taking a bit longer than usual, wasn't long at all and they were very busy. Coffee was great, highly recommend coming here if local
