This was a new experience for me. The float centre is clean and the system efficient and friendly and the booking process and pre float info excellent. I'm not sure how much actually I liked it - I found it hard to just relax but I think you have maybe do it again and get used to the concept. It was quite surreal. Definitely worth trying though !

The best customer service I have received in a long time. I was keen to purchase a gift card but was concerned about expiry dates during unpredictable lockdown times, after sending a query through their website they responded promptly and very kindly said they would waive expiry dates on gift cards! Quick replies to emails, first class postage of the gift card at no extra cost, I am really impressed :) I am really looking forward to my s/o visiting
