My grandad stayed in lightburn for a few weeks, the care he received was amazing, he had a good laugh with the nurses and they kept his spirits up, I complimented the staff on how professional they are as some patients weren't very kind to them but they kept a smile on their faces and got on with their jobs, when commenting on how I couldn't put up with the abuse they receive from some patients the nurses would say it's not the patients fault they're just not themselves, so understanding. The staff were so supportive and looked after the family just as much as they looked after my grandad, amazing care!

I would say it's a clean good doctors I used for years. There is one receptionist that's just plain rude. She shouldn't be in the job if she isn't happy and takes it out on patients. Other doctors are great apart from doctor Gardener. She's useless and gives wrong advice and is seriously lazy. How she got through university and became a doctor ill never ever know.
