We paid £149 for an end of tenancy clean because we didn’t want to have to worry about getting our flat spotless after we moved everything out- not only did Liftaway not clean our oven and several other parts of our flat unclean, they then ignored our emails and calls for several days before agreeing to go back to rectify their mistakes despite the fact this promise is included in their guarantee. On the day they agreed to go back there was no sign of them; we found out after a couple more phone calls that apparently they’d forgotten to send someone. When they finally did attend they still left our flat in a bad enough state that our letting agency deducted £180 for it still not being up to standard. Justin in particular has provided lousy customer service and ignored calls and emails when we’ve requested a refund- do not use these conmen!
