Takes 8-10 calls per week just to book a footy pitch. Central call centre for all Lifestyles gyms are very nice but Everton Lifestyles rarely answer their phone, or answer & hang up, or take your number & never call back. Why is there no direct number? It's poor service.

Got a swim membership a few weeks back. The locals are so cliqueEEE in here! It's like the territorial army guarding their waters! The same group of people go at the same time everyday, and literally bully people! Big grown adults! I seen a women get terrorized last week! ...and the staff were in on it! What an absolute disgrace! Everyone has a right to a peaceful swim in a public pool! I'm going to write to the authorities about what I witnessed, because anyone that can treat a member of the public that way does not deserve to work there. Couldn't believe what I was seeing bless the woman's heart. ....she kept trying to take no notice and carry on swimming, and they got louder and more crude and disrespectful! The lifeguard was so involved with them he wasn't even monitoring the safety of others in the pool! Anyone could have drowned while he was busy being a bully with his regular recruits! Liverpool City Council here I come! Time to name and shame

Parking is shared with the school next door without permission so the car park is sometimes full and there may be a wait for a space if the place is taken by some one from the school then that place will be occupied for 8 hours they have been asked to use their own 44 bay car park but this has fallen on deaf ears
