Great price no pushy sales, can't recommend enough

I contacted lifestyle designs yesterday to see if they could come and have a look at my front and back doors, both of which needed adjusting. They sent someone out today who fixed them in less than 30 minutes. Friendly, and quality service. Highly recommended.

Great quality and service

I feel compelled to put into writing about the recent excellent customer service I received from Lifestyle Design Ltd. In August 2013 they fitted various windows and doors at my bungalow in Hankelow. Last week one of the window catches failed. One phone call to their office (name Jontie,I think) and the faulty window catch was replaced within 4 days by a smilee engineer. No quibbling , no qualms just honest to goodness excellent customer service. Brilliant , well done.

We had french doors fitted by this outfit and the men who came were excellent very tidy and thorough therefore we chose to have windows done a little later however it just highlights it all depends who you get on the day !! The guys were no where near asgood despite one of them sayinghe had workedfor 16 years for them tthey did not put dust sheets down on my new carpet got dirt all over the walls got silicone on the radiators and scratched the window sill The outside looked half finished however on speaking to their manager he made excuses for them and was quite indignant by email when I mentioned the problems and mildly apologised well it seems you are expected to accept problems as part and parcel of the work which is not acceptable when you have had good work done previously Cant really recommend them as you are made to feel like you cant complain even though they say they need feed back Good luck if you use them!!!🙄

We have had 14 windows, 4 main doors as well as our soffits and fascia replaced using Lifestyle Designs. Why do I keep coming back to them ? Firstly, the calculator on the web site allows you to see how much the window will cost. You can try 3 openings or none etc and see which fits into your budget, so no big shocks about prices later. There is no hard sell or pressure to buy, which make a huge difference. Without exception all the staff, from those answering the phone , the person giving the quote, the surveyors and lastly the fitters have all been friendly and respected my home. For example removing shoes even when told it is ok to come in without them. We have always been pleased with the final result. I have recently arranged for them to fit patio doors at my mother’s house. So, yes, I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time time I've used Lifestyle and can thoroughly recommend them. Good price, professional friendly fitters and great products. Arrived promptly and covered up all surfaces and got on with the job. Very pleased.

From the initial design conception with Mark to the Structural Works with Carl & Darren the Building Team to the final Conservatory Installation with Trevor & Nick I can say we have been exceptionally impressed with the whole process from start to finish and will say that each member of the Lifestyle Team is a credit to the company. They worked throughout the current situation like the true professionals they are and even though the weather wasn't in their favour they carried on with a focus and determination second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lifestyle Design to anyone thinking of taking on a Conservatory Project or Window/Door replacement.
