Lidl edinburgh

Well managed store, generally well stocked and tidy and clean. Staff generally help me out with a pleasant manner. I prefer to shop here as I can get everything I need under one roof

Good availability of fresh stock. Fresh pastries were being placed from the oven to the shelf - which was good to see/smell. Not enough checkout operatives on. Shopping scanned too quickly and I felt rushed.

Nice shop with all varieties.. Prices are reasonable.. Free car parking...

Very rude staff that put across a image of couldn't care less about the customers, self checks is always manned by a rude guy that makes you feel like you have asked silly questions when it's their machine that has messed up. Couple of days ago a women clearing empty boxes was pushing her cage and instead of asking me to move so she could get passed push it into me and didn't even apologise. Manager really needs to conduct some basic training on staff as I am not the only customer that has experienced this lack of care or professionalism. I have give 2 stars only as there is one woman who you can see genuinely cares about her work and should be made a role model to the others.

Poor customer service and lazy staff. The self service queue had over 10 people in it and no manned tills opened again. Man at self service till acts like he can't be bothered doing his job. I left, it's quicker to go to Scot-mid

I visit lidl for groceries! It is less costly as compared to other grocery stores around me. Great value for money. You buy fresh or frozen vegetables, eggs, etc.

Excellent place to shop. Staff are helpful and friendly especially Chris such a very customer friendly person. 😁😁

It's a food store, it needs to be updated as it is now beginning to look and feel like a Soviet era shop

This Lidl it's very handy with car park and near to Lothian buses 3,33, 1, 2, 4 and 44 stop.
