Me and my staff stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed for work commitments. The rooms and facilities are perfect. The guest house was walking distance from the town centre. The staff are amazing. They can't do enough for you. If we need to work at Loughborough again. I would definitely book to stay here again

Don't even deserve one star!! cut a long story short we went for a girls pampering weekend away which resulted in us checking out sooner then anticipated.....  If I had the choice, I would not have even given one star to this company.... learn from our mistakes.... Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness and bad attitude The room was dirty and everything looked old, shower wasn't working, we were shocked by his lack of professionalism customer service is dire. To say their methods and service are truly apalling is an understatement, only thing I enjoyed was my massage a lady called Opre was good at her stuff and it's a shame she is wasting away working for such terrible company!
