My experiences with Lexus Leeds have been absolutely outstanding. Alun, who sold us our new car recently was a delight to deal with during the purchasing process. Today I had to make an 'unscheduled pit-stop' at the dealership for a very minor issue, and was the recipient of first class customer service. The receptionist and service manager looked after me exceptionally well - both 'went the extra mile' to help me and did so with great efficiency. All the people I have come into contact with at the dealership have proved themselves great ambassadors for the Lexus marque in general and for Lexus Leeds in particular. In 37 years of car ownership I have never experienced such a high level of customer satisfaction from a car dealership. Thank you to you all for such great service!

From start to finish we received outstanding service from Lexus Leeds. The sales staff, Eden and Nick, were attentive and knowledgeable without being over facing. The Reception staff were pleasant, courteous and the hospitality was excellent. The new car we purchased was well presented and things explained in detail during the handover. Altogether a pleasant and satisfying experience.

I brought my Lexus for an intermediate service last week and the service was excellent. One of the best Lexus dealers I dealt with. My car came back in perfect condition and all clean with a 12 months warranty included in the price of the service. The people at the reception were fantastic and very helpful while I sat at the showroom as I had to make a few phone calls. The only very small criticism (this is not important though and I am mentioning this in passing) is that they could have lent me a nicer courtesy car. Great service and great dealership

Exceptional customer service as usual from Lexus; I rang after receiving an email about the ‘Lexus Challenge’ last Friday and today (Wednesday) drove my new Lexus home! Connor was patient and nothing was too much trouble. The deal was good - a newer model for a great price, the handover well organised, as easy as it’s possible to be. That’s what matters to me. Good quality product, excellent customer service and no hassle.
