The manager of this business, Carol Dale, tried to claim my full deposit for a ceiling collapse that was entirely her and her agency's faults. We had to live for a month with no heating or hot water then she had the audacity to try and claim £300 from me for it. Needless to say I was eventually awarded my full deposit back but I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for property in York - it is run with utter incompetence and negligence.
