Great storage place, no hassle approach to customers, friendly staff and great prices. Can't recommend enough!

Couldn't have been easier. I was moving back to the UK from Spain so called Len's Self Storage. A carrier was taking most of our stuff back for us, so Len's arranged to have a team unload the goods and place them directly into a suitable storage unit. They even provided a padlock. When I arrived with my van loaded with more stuff I simply added it to that already in store and went looking for a house. Having found a new home, we made several visits - some at odd hours - to retrieve our stuff. When we had transferred everything, we handed back they keys and that was that. No hassle. Nice staff, Great Security, very reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service I received was excellent. Alex and Max were very pleasant, professional and extremely careful. One item was particularly awkward to deal with but they did it beautifully. They made it a very easy experience for me. Thank you very much.

From first contact through to moving our things the experience was very professional. Everything was organised and everyone was friendly and helpful. Really happy with everything and was easy to organise. Very friendly and approachable staff. Started storing stuff the same day I rented the container prior to a house move. From my initial contact with James, to the storage of my furniture etc. in Granton after an 8 hour train journey from East Sussex (with cat), the service provided by Len's storage was exceptional. Friendly, informative, & highly professional, I couldn't fault them. Highly recommended.

Alex and Steve did an excellent job removing all our furniture from a third floor flat quickly and with care. It took all the stress off of us and they were great guys to boot. Thank you both and thanks Lens storage for the great service from the start.
