Generally, not a bad service. Prices are a bit better than the competition. Does what it says on the tip. Very nice people. I had a DD taken after I moved out. They said they will sort it out. I had to chase it up the refund. No apologies given, nothing like that. That was unpleasant. Wound not use them again.

Graham made everything very easy and straightforward, excellent customer service, a great way to take some stress out of a house move. Highly recommended, I'll certainly be doing it this way again.

From the moment I arrived the staff were great, I met Alex who ran through my paperwork and then showed me to my locker, was happy to share tips and suggestions on the best way to pack the locker. So far a quality experience at Lens

I have found the team at Len's to be excellent, they have been very professional, explaining everything simply, they even advised a wee change to my rental to make it easier for me and save a wee shilling, they were polite and friendly and a nice wee bit of humour thrown in as well. I will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Excellent team.
