Three of us meet at Lena's every so often & have done so for about 4 years. We usually enjoy our lunch there. The last time will probably be, our last time. This is mainly due to what we considered the abrupt, rude attitude of the man, possibly the owner.
When a customer makes a legitimate complaint regarding the meal served not being as it was described in the menu, the response should not be rude. After sorting out this meal issue, two of us ordered coffee. When the man brought the coffee, he put my coffee down in front of my friend who had complained about her meal, then leant over her & pushed my coffee across the table to me. This was not professional & was done uneccessarily, without 'excuse me' or an apology.
While a small adjustment was made on the account, we left the restaurant feeling disappointed & will probably not return.
