I have been a regular customer of Len's for a few years now and for different issues - toothache, sore elbow, headaches ( including migraines ), sore back, neck and most recently both knees slightly injured and very sore from the gym. I have never been unsatisfied - not once. And I also recommend Len - confidently - to friends requiring some pain relief. Yes there is cardboard on the floor - for good reason and it has never bothered me at all ( I just walk on it ). Yes the little dog is in the room - I have never noticed a bad smell. Yes Len leaves the room for a break - totally understand and he does apply a good amount of pressure and he has always asks me if it's tolerable and even if he didn't ask I would let him know if it wasn't. Yes Len speaks with his employees during a session - quietly and never for a prolonged time ( small business owner ) - totally understand. When I am receiving care I am fully relaxed and have fallen asleep a few times. I always come out of the massage feeling much less pain than when I went in. I also understand that I may need to book a few appointments for total relief. I also appreciate that when I am in pain and call for an appointment Len is very understanding and accommodating in getting me in as soon as possible. I only have good things to say about Len Bauer's and wish I would've done so sooner. I have always been 100% satisfied and I highly recommend the Centre. Thank you Len and team!
