Useless, because I was working and I couldn't answer the phone when the doctor called, I didn't have the prescription for the cream that I have requested. Apparently they think they are the only ones that are busy. Now I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for an appointment for a prescription for the cream. Useless

Scheduled a double appoitment over the phone for 2pm. I changed my whole calendar to fit this appoinment in it. The day before it I receive a message saying it would be at 4pm. Nobody asked me if I could do it at 4pm. Such patronizing and randomly done service. I simply can't go at 4pm and I have wasted my whole day because of it. Guess now... next available dates are only in almost 20 days. This was supposed to be my first appointment in this practice and the service is already "first class". One tip for you: stop being patronizing. You think you are doing the most important job in the world and it gives you the right to don't care at all for people's schedules and work life. Everybody is doing a little bit for society to work. No one is better than anyone else.

Been with the practise all my life and never once had a complaint. If you are ill there is an open surgery and duty doctor daily, receptionists and doctors are very efficient.

The doctors themselves are fantastic and will do anything to help but the receptionists at this surgery are disgraceful. So un helpful and so rude. I will be changing surgery purely because of this.

To be fair, when you actually manage to get an appointment with a doctor at this practice they are very helpful and accommodating. The problem for me has been some of the reception staff. Some of them have been very rude and abrupt when I have rang about appointments. I was made to feel that I was the inconvenience to them despite only looking for an emergency appointment. I appreciate they have a difficult job and deal with a huge amount of people every day, but a little.common courtesy and respect would go a long way.

Always happy to help and find ways to support despite set policies in place, if these do not work for you the receptionists always go out their way to find a way round things to help when you need it. Always quick to respond by calling back, putting through prescriptions so you have medicine in time. Have even been offered the doctor herself drop off medication to my home when the prescription hadn’t been processed as planned in error. Always feel very looked after and prioritised. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor surgery.

The mental health nurse has no compassion or empathy. He went through a series of questions which were very routine and scripted and had no interest beyond that. When working through the questions it was surmised that it was "just depression and anxiety" and that you have to first "work on acceptance". Not worth the waste of time in waiting to get an appointment simply to be referred to the resources listed on the website. I didn't feel listened to, taken seriously, or at ease and I will never revisit him again.

If you can ever get the chance to see a doctor they are very helpful and nice, however, the receptionists are extremely unhelpful. Every time I have to call if I feel I have to beg and am bothering them with my medical needs. Be aware then you will be at least 3 weeks for an in person appointment and if it gets cancelled you will be another 3 weeks to get another one.

Only been registered here a few years, and it's by far the worst GP iv ever been with. I have been misdiagnosed, led on a wild goose chase and most recently been given false information regarding when I will have test results back. Being told by the Dr I will have results back in three days to then be told it's going to be 6days after I called on the third day to have my results back. Atleast they seem to have nicer and less rude staff working on the front desk now.
