Paid parking. Would be a better hospital if all wards were open and if it had an emergency centre ta

Paid parking. Would be a better hospital if all wards were open and if it had an emergency centre take strain off leicester's other hospitals. Housing for staff is too expensive and being allowed to run down not enough communication with surrounding areas. Staff use surrounding estate roads as free parking bays making it difficult and unsafe for residents to park their own cars. Staff should be allowed with permits to park on Hospital Close free of charge?
