Very rude receptionist staff, always taking advantage of vulnerable people... I'm not a regular, but when ever i have an appointment and wait in the waiting room. i just watch in shock how the receptionist either ignore or give abrupt/sharp responses to patients... the phone manner isn't any better.

Rubbish medical practice. Can’t ever get an appointment. Every time get told ring back half 8 in the morning or 12 noon. But nobody answers at this time, thus you never get an appointment. U will get an appointment when don’t need one. This practice is an absolute joke. It should be shut down for good. They need to be reported to higher authorities.

Such a bed surgery. Whenever i called for appointment they hv long queue like 4 hours on the phone when its our turn they speaks 30 to 40 sec, like for 25 in queue what they r talking with other and taking time. We never got an appointment . Even u call them after 4 o’clock they hv long queue, they set the automatic recording when its 4 number in queue call disconnects automatically. If u go to surgery for appointment they said we only gave appointment on phone, like if someone don’t hv phone package or something wrong with phone they can’t get the appointment. Very very disappointed. Thank God we r back to whitmore reans surgery.
