Excellent service from all staff when collecting my lease car. I was made a coffee (despite staff being very busy and the receptionist not being in), and Neil did a very thorough handover. Excellent service and Neil knows his stuff. Thanks!

Took my camper in for MOT. Service was excellent from start to finish. Staff were friendly and attentive. They sent a video of the Inspection to show me the bits that need attention on the vehicle. It's a little more expensive than a standard garage, but the attention to detail made the difference for me. Happily recommend.

Really not having a great time here! Feel like I'm a pain for them. Came for a service and a warranty issue, since my car has been here my dash cam no longer works.. UPDATE.. I now have a working dash cam thanks to a Volkswagen Leeds, they kindly re installed my dash cam, I'm just hoping I have no more problems with the warranty work I had done. Thanks again Volkswagen Leeds.

Superb experience with Tom and the team at VW Leeds. Enquired about a car online, Tom called me and sent a video of the car within an hour. Communication was fluid, the paperwork was done quick and easy, handover was arranged and car was exactly as described. Manager was professional, came to thank me for the business. Good service and MOT but the technician or another staff member removed my Satnav SD card from the glove box. Whether they popped it out accidentally or took it on purpose, I'm not sure. The garage investigated and couldn't find any evidence but never the less, I know it was in there the night before and I tried to use it the day after the service and it was gone. This is going to leave me out of pocket and will waste another day going to a dealership to get the card replaced. Vertu wouldn't take any accountability and didn't offer any compensation. Something isn't right and somebody working there isn't being honest or at least diligent.

Very happy with my car, excellent flexible service from the team, especially Tom Rookledge.
