Getting an appointment at first is a nightmare, but if you know a doctor's name you can ring up and book an appointment with them. The reception staff are rude and act like everything is a mammoth task - if I could rate the receptionists they'd get 2 stars! The doctors I've seen have always been good - Doctor Anderson is fantastic - he goes above and beyond and is very thorough with his work.

Really friendly staff, have helped me out on rare occasions of emergency help / needed prescriptions straight away, a doctor saw me late when practice closed to make sure I was seen. very nice doctors to visit compared to my home one and also discreet. It’s not such a big deal to go in early morning for an appointment when they are so helpful

If you're a student sign up to a medical practice elsewhere in leeds, there's plenty close by that are a lot better without the horrible one day appointment system and are way less busy

Good service when you actually get there, but a really poor system for booking appointments. If you want one, your going to have to get up at 6am on a weekday and then queue outside in the freezing cold for over 30 minutes sometimes. Basically, if you're actually really ill it is REALLY difficult to be seen and you're probably going to spread whatever you have to a some other unfortunate people in the process.

The service is okay, but if you’re looking to join a doctor surgery I would say look elsewhere as the booking system is ridiculous, and so much better at other places. You have to go into the surgery at 7 in the morning where there would usually be a massive queue to just book an appointment. It’s a waste of time

No same day emergency appointments. The e-consult is effective and easy when you are actually able to access it but the opening times of the e-consult are stupid and inaccessible. Some days it isn't even available to use. On the other hand the doctors I've seen have been helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Had a long term issue that had been under review from another practice but wasn't resolved. Transferred down to Leeds when I started studying and they sorted it within about 6 weeks, referring me twice to private clinics in order to speed the process up. Can't thank you all enough!

Please don't make the same mistake of trusting these people with your life like I did.

On the 13th of December, I went to LSMP, and I had to talk to a lovely lady in the reception, and she took me through how to book an appointment. The next day I tried, and something went wrong, and I called them. I’m not sure if it was the same person, but on the phone, she was so kind and friendly and asked what symptoms I had. In an hour, I got a call, and she said, you will meet the doctor today at 2:30 pm. At the appointment time, Doctor Robert, if I’m not mistaken, he was so friendly and kind. Did an examination and asked me to come again in two weeks if the same issue has not gone. To conclude, I was happy about the service I received from LSMP

For the love of all that is holy, please change the phone hold settings the person does NOT need to thank me for waiting and inform me about online ordering a prescription literally every 30 SECONDS. The person reading it out even fumble a line, why didnt this just get re-recorded, I have heard this person fumble the word "nominate" 40 times already.
