15th june arrived at the bus station at 6.30am to wait for a coach to take us on our 1st cruise. We waited in the national coach part of the bus station for our coach to depart at 7.30am. It was getting late so we asked a very unhelpful man what bay would our coach be on. His reply was wait for the announcement!!!!! Minutes later the coach driver can in and called our name out. The coach had been there for over 30 minutes. We got on the coach and all the passengers were disgruntled as we had kept them waiting for no fault of our own!!!! The customer service of the said man was disgusting and we could have potentially missed our 2 week cruise!!!!i!! I suggest customer service training is requred or the said man chooses an alternative career!!!!!! Really good start to our holiday that we have waited 2 years to do. Thankyou Mr who ever you are!!!!!!

Leeds City Center is definitely on the map for becoming bigger, better and easier to get around. With more stores and shops opening every week, some of which may not be for everyone, it is a great place to visit 7 days a week. The Leeds Market, though there are less stalls as it used to have, is pretty much hit and miss, but still some good bargains to catch. It's a good place to shop around.

Signs in the bus station advise that it is soon to be redeveloped, and although it is by no means the worst bus station I have visited it is definitely in need of a spruce up as it is bland and functional, giving a poor first impression of Leeds to those arriving by public transport. There is a Gregg's and a newsagent but apart from that there is nothing else here to while away the time while you wait for your bus.
